التعقبات الحديثية للإمام العيني في كتابه " شرح سنن أبي داود " دراسة استقرائية تحليلية

ملخص
هذا البحث عبارة عن مستلة من بحث لي بعنوان " التعقبات الحديثية للإمام بدر الدين العيني في كتابه " شرح سنن أبي داود " جمعًا ودراسة"،  وفكرة تلك المستلة أنها دراسة لتعقبات الإمام بدر الدين العيني – رحمه الله تعالى – من شرحه لسنن الإمام أبي داود – رحمه الله تعالى؛ حيث إن الإمام بدر الدين العيني – رحمه الله - عُني بتتبع أقوال العلماء وتعقب كل قول يحتاج إلى تعقب، ولم يتهيب أحدًا من العلماء ممن سبقه ممن يرى أنه جانبه الصواب من وجهة نظره، بل يتعقب عليه ويذكر ما يراه صوابًا فيرجح ما يراه راجحا حسب قواعد الترجيح العلمية المعتبرة، وهو طويل النفس جدًا في تعقباته هذه على العلماء في شرحه هذا لسنن الإمام أبي داود – رحمه الله تعالى -، وتلك التعقبات لم تكن خاصة بالحكم على الحديث، أو بالحكم على الرواة جرحًا وتعديلًا، بل إن الأمر أوسع من ذلك، فقد كانت تعقبات شاملة لكل ما يتعلق بالحديث رجالا، وحكما، وفقها، وتبويبا، وجمعًا وتفريقا، وهذا كنز علمي عظيم، ولكنّ هذا الكنز منثور في الكتاب وقلّ من يطلع عليه، وينتبه له،  ومن هنا جاءت فكرة هذا البحث ليلقي الضوء على القيمة العلمية لتلك التعقبات للإمام بدر الدين العيني المنثورة في شرحه لسنن الإمام أبي داود – رحمه الله تعالى -، وبيان أهمية تلك التعقبات، وبيان منهجه فيها، وإبراز القيمة العلمية لتلك التعقبات.
Abstract :
This research is an excerpt from a research by me entitled “The Hadith Traces of Imam Badr Al-Din Al-Aini in his book “Sharh Sunan Abi Dawood” collection and study, and the idea of ​​that is a study of the traces; As Imam Badr al-Din al-Ayni - may God have mercy on him - was concerned with following up the sayings of scholars and tracking down every saying that needs to be traced, and he was not afraid of any of the scholars who preceded him who saw that he was his right side. It is considered, and he is very long-suffering in his follow-ups on the scholars in his explanation of this Sunan of Imam Abi Dawood - may God Almighty have mercy on him -, and those follow-ups were not specific to judging the hadith, or judging the narrators by wounding and modifying Rather, the matter is broader than that, for it has been comprehensive traces of everything related to hadith men, scholars, jurisprudence, classification, collection and division, and this is a great scientific treasure, but this treasure is scattered in the book and few people look at it, and pay attention to it, hence the idea of ​​this The research is to shed light on the scientific value of these trails of Imam Badr Al-Din Al-Ayni in his explanation of the Sunnahs of Imam Abi Dawood - may God Almighty have mercy on him -, and to clarify the importance of these trails, and to explain his approach to them, and to highlight the scientific value of those trails
