خطاب المصالحة والمخاصمة في القرآن الکريم (دراسة حجاجية)

تتعلق هذه الدراسة بأسلوب من أساليب الخطاب القرآني المحفوف بالقرائن والدلائل بهدف الإقناع والتأثير أو الإفهام أو الإفحام أو التبکيت، وهذا الأسلوب يسمى ب"الحجاج" وقد تناولت بعض الدراسات المعاصرة الحجاج تناولًا مرتبطًا بالبلاغة العربية ويمکن أن تستدعي هذه الدراسات أمثلة من القرآن الکريم وسنة نبيه r، کما يوجد من الدراسات من يتکلم عن حجاج القرآن بصفة عامة، وقد أفدت من هذه الکتابات في هذه الدراسة التي اعتنت بقضية المصالحة والمخاصمة في القرآن الکريم ودراستها حجاجيًا.
وتقوم الدراسة على مقامات "إصلاح ذات البين" بين الزوج وزوجته "إصلاح بينهما مخافة فراقهما، أو التصالح بينهما بعد فراقهما في الطلاق الرجعي.

The discourse of reconciliation and Conflict in the Holy Qur’an(An Argumentative study)

Abstract
This study relates to a method of Qur’anic discourse that is fraught with clues and evidence, with the aim of persuading, influencing, explaining, confusing, or convicting. This method is called “arguments”. Some contemporary studies have dealt with the arguments related to Arabic rhetoric. These studies may call for examples from the Holy Qur’an and Sunnah. There are also studies that speak about the arguments of the Qur’an in general. I have benefited from these writings in this study, which focused on the issue of reconciliation and conflict in the Holy Qur’an and studied it argumentatively. The study is based on the denominations of "reconciling the two sides" between “the husband and his wife”, reconciling between them for fear of their separation, or after their separation in a revocable divorce.
