حقوق الإنسان في التشريع السماوي دارسة مقارنة

لا شک أن حقوق الإنسان، وما يتصل بها من حريات أساسية، قد أضحت اليوم من بين الموضوعات التي تحظى بالاهتمام الکبير، سواء من جانب الباحثين في نطاق العديد من فروع العلوم الاجتماعية، والتي يتفرع منها علم القانون والعلوم السياسية، وغيرها من العلوم الأخرى، والتي يدخل ضمن محاورها الإنسان کلاعب أساسي لهذه العلوم، وکذلک المهتمون والممارسون للعمل العام على اختلاف مواقعهم، وليس فقط على المستوى الوطني للدول فرادى، وإنما أيضًا على مستوى العلاقات الدولية عمومًا.
ولا شک أن الاهتمام المتزايد بحقوق الإنسان وحرياته الأساسية على المستويين الوطني (الدولة)، والدولي (على صعيد المنظمات الدولية)، يمکن تفسيره-خاصة منذ بداية النصف الثاني من القرن العشرين

The Human Rights in the heavenly Legislation

Abstract:
There is no doubt that human rights, and the fundamental freedoms relatedto them, have become today among the topics of great interest, both on the part of researchers in the scope of many
branches of social sciences, from which the sciences of law and political sciences, and other sciences, branch off. Which includes the human being as an essential player in these sciences, as well as those interested and practitioners of public work in their different positions, not only at the national level of individual countries, but also at the level of international relations in general.
Undoubtedly, the growing interest in human rights and fundamental freedoms at the national (state) and international (at the level of international organizations) levels can be explained - especially since the beginning of the second half of the twentieth century.
