مختلف الحديث عند الشيخ زکريا الکاندهلوي في شرحه لشمائل الإمام الترمذي دراسة تطبيقية

هذا البحث دراسة تطبيقية لموضوع "مختلف الحديث" عند الشيخ زکريا الکاندهلوي (1315-1402) رحمه الله تعالى صاحب الکتاب المشهور "أوجز المسالک إلى موطأ الإمام مالک"، في کتابه "الخصائل" شرح "الشمائل" للإمام الترمذي، المؤلَّف باللغة الأردوية.
لقد کُتبت بحوث ودراسات تطبيقية عن هذا الموضوع في کتب الحديث المؤلفة باللغة العربية، لکن الکتابة عنه في کتاب مؤلف باللغة الأردوية، ونقل محتواه بعد التعريب لقراء العربية، لعله يُعدّ من ميزات هذا البحث والجدّة فيه.
ويهدف البحث إلى إبراز أهمية نقطة "مختلف الحديث" عند المؤلف وشغفه به؛ وکذا إبراز مقدرته العلمية في تناوله لهذه النقطة التخصصية وهو في سِنٍّ مبکِّرة من عمره حين تأليف هذا الکتاب.
واتُّبع في البحث منهج الاستقراء مع المقارنة ببعض شروح "الشمائل" التي کانت مصادرَ للمؤلف في هذا الکتاب.
ومن النتائج التي ظهرت من خلال دراسة مسالک توجيه مختلف الحديث عند المؤلف، أنه يميل بطبعه إلى الجمع بين الأحاديث قدر الإمکان بدلا من الإسراع في الترجيح، ويبدو في محاولاته في الجمع کأنه يعطي إشارة إلى أنه ينبغي عدم إهدار الأحاديث وأن يتم الحرص على أن يتحقق العمل بکل حديث ولو في صورة من الصور، وذلک لا يتحقق إلا عن طريق محاولة الجمع بين الأحاديث المتعارضة؛ ولعلها لفتة تعليمية قيّمة منه لطلبة العلم، ينبغي تعلُّمُها منه، وأخذُ مزيد من نماذج هذا المسلک من کتبه الأخرى.

Mukhtalif al-hadith (Different Hadiths) according to ShaikhZakaria Al-Kandhlawi, in sharh "Al-Shama'il" of Imam Al-Tirmizi, an applied study.

Abstract
This research is an applied study of "Mukhtalif al-hadith" in the book of "Al-khasa'il" sharh "Al-Shama'il" of Imam Al-Tirmizi, written in Urdu, by Sheikh Zakaria Al-Kandhlawi (1315-1402) , the author of the famous book "awjazalmasalikilamuwa'taa al-imam Malik".
There are many studies have been written on this subject to highlight its practical paths in hadith books that written in Arabic, but writing about it in a book of hadith written in Urdu, perhaps it can be considered one of the features of this research.
The research aims to highlight the importance of "Mukhtalif al-hadith" with the author, and his passion for it; as well as highlighting his scientific ability in Tackling this point, as he was at an early age when he wrote this book.
In the research, the method of induction was followed, in comparison with some of the famous "Shama'il" explanations' books.
Among the results, the author is naturally inclined to combine hadiths as much as possible instead of being hasty in weighting. It seems in his attempts of gathering them that he alludes not to waste the Hadiths; instead, there should be attention to ensure that action is achieved by every Hadith with any shape. This can be achieved only through an attempt to gather the contradictory Hadiths. Perhaps it is a valuable educational gesture for students, who take more examples of this course from his other books.
