الأحاديثُ الّتي نصّ بعضُ رواتِها على العمل بما فيها _دراسة حديثية موضوعية_

هذا البحث يهدف إلى جمع بعض المرويات الحديثية التي ينص رواتها _ سواء_ کانوا من الصحابة_ رضوان الله عليهم جميعا_ أو ممن بعدهم_ على العمل بها، حرصاً منهم على الالتزام بما رووه عن رسول الله _صلى الله عليه وسلم_ مع بيان شيءٍ من فقهها ومعانيها، رغبة في حث نفسي وغيري من المسلمين على العمل والتمسک بالسنة النبوية المطهرة، وتقريباً لهذا النوع من الأحاديث لعامة المسلمين ترغيباً لهم في الخير، وحثًّا لهم على العمل الذي هو ثمرة الإيمان، وهو الدّال على صدق المسلم في اتباعه. وقد تکوّن البحث من مقدمة، ومبحثين، وخاتمة.
أما المقدمة فتناولت فيها خطة البحث ومنهجي فيه.
وجاء المبحث الأول مشتملاً على تمهيد فيه: بيان أهمية العمل بالعلم في القرآن والسنة. ثم تناولت حديثين من أحاديث السنة المتعلقة بالعمل، وبينت المقصود منهما في ضوء النصوص الأخرى، ومقاصد الشرع المطهر. وجاء المبحث الثاني وفيه بعض المرويات التي وقفت عليها في هذا الباب.
ثم الخاتمة. وکان منهجي في إيراد ما وقفت عليه من المرويات: ذکر الرواية الحديثية من مصادر السنة المعتمدة، ثمتخريج الحديث المذکور، فإن کان في الصحيحين أو في أحدهما لم أتوسع في تخريجه، وإن کان في غيرهما، خرجته بما يليق بحاله مراعياً في ذلک أحکام أئمة الحديث عليه.
الترجمة للأعلام الواردين في البحث، إلا إذا کان من الأئمة المشهورين حرصاً على الاختصار. بيان فقه الحديث وما يستفاد منه مراعياً في ذلک الاختصار. وقد ختمت هذا البحث بعدة توصيات منها ضرورة الاهتمام بالبحوث التي تبرز أهمية العمل بالعلم. ونبهت على أن عمل الداعية بعلمه في نفسه له أعظم الأثر في نفوس من حوله لاقتدائهم به.
وأن الحفاظ على قيم المجتمع المسلم والعمل بها من المسؤولين والقادة له أعظم الأثر في نهضة المجتمع وسعادته. ثم بينت وأکدت على ضرورة ترغيب عامة المسلمين في العمل بالعلموترهيبهم من التقصير في العمل بالعلم. وحرصت على إعلاء مکانة الصحابة _ رضوان الله عليهم_ في نفوس الأمة بذکر ما کانوا عليه من العمل بالعلم والتزامهم ما بلغهم عن رسول الله _صلى الله عليه وسلم_ حتى ولو کان في دائرة المستحبات والمندوبات.

The prophetic "Hadiths" that the narrators provided for Hadith Study

Abstract:
This research is aimed at collecting some modern narratives whose narrators, whether they are from the companions (may Allah be pleased with them) -or not, or from those who came after them- to be studied to ensure that they abide by what they said about the Prophet (peace be upon him) and to show some of their meanings and jurisprudence to urge myself and other Muslims to work on and stick to the purified prophetic Sunnah and to work in general, which is the fruit of faith and the proof of the faithfulness of the Muslim in following his religion. The research is composed of an introduction, two sections, and a conclusion. The introduction addressed the research plan and its methodology. The first section included a prelude that showed the importance of working on the basis of the Quran and the Sunnah. After that I handled two Hadiths related to the concept of work and I showed their meaning compared to other texts and the purposes of the purified Sharia. The second section tackles some narrations. Then the conclusion. My approach regarding the narrations mentioned is to mention the Hadith narration from the origins of the accredited Sunnah, then explain the Hadith; and if it is from the Book of the Righteous, I do not get into elaboration. If I found the Hadith outside the Book of the Righteous, I tackle it by explaining it as befits it according to the rulings of the Hadith Imams. I spot light on the mentioned pioneers in the research unless they were from the famous Imams I do not comment on them as a means of cutting short. I intended to show the jurisprudence of Hadith and its benefit in brief. I concluded the research by several recommendations, including the need to pay attention to research that highlights the importance of science. Working as an advocate withself-taught work, has the greatest impact on thepeople around him for being emulated. The preservation and functioning of the values of the Muslim community by officials and leaders has the greatest impact on the rise and happiness of society. Then, I assured on the importance of encouraging Muslims to work with knowledge and intimidating them from being away from that. I also cared to highlight the rank of the Companions- may Allah be pleased with them- in the souls of the nation by mentioning their commitment to God's messenger and working with knowledge, even if he is in the circle of desires and delegates.
