المفيد ودلالاته عند المحدثين

لما کانت السنة هي المصدر الثاني للتشريع ولا سبيل إلى الأخذ بها إلا بعدمعرفة أحوال رواتها ومراتبه مجرحا وتعديل فإن لأهل الحديث مراتب حسبمنزلتهم في العلم ودرجتهم في الحفظ والإتقان ومن هذه المراتب ما هو متفق علىدرجة رواتها کالحافظ والحجة والثقة، لکن هناک بعض الألقاب والرتب التي إذاأطلقت على الراوي لا تدل على درجته وحاله لعدم وجود ضابط يتفق مع حال منأطلقت عليهم، وذلک کلقب المفيد فقد قال الذهبي: أنه دون الحافظ، في حين قالالشيخ الغماري: أنه من جمع شروط المحدث وتأهل لأن يفيد الطلبة، ولکن علىالرغم من ذلک يوجد کثير ممن أطلق عليهم هذا اللقب وهم ليسوا بثقات، فهل هذاوصف خاص بمن يفيد الطلبة ويسمعهم مالم يسمعوه بغض النظر عن رتبتهودرجته في الحفظ والإتقان، فما المراد بلفظ المفيد، ومتى ظهرت هذه اللفظة، وأول من استخدمها وأول من لقب بها، وما وهو الحکم الغالب لمن أطلقت عليهمفهذا هو ما سنتناوله مدخل لهذا البحث.

The Beneficial and its Indications for Those working on Hadiths

Abstract
When Sunnah is the second source of legislation and noway to take by it only after knowing the cases of its narrators and their degrees in acceptance of their narration or refusal; then, the Hadith narrators have their ranks in knowledge, accuracy and keeping by heart. From these ranks, there is an agreement on the rank of the narrators in keeping by heart, proof and trust, but there are some titles and degrees that if given to a narrator, they do not show his rank because there is no agreed regulation about the case of the nominated. Hence, the title, the beneficial, as Al-Zahaby said: He is not the keeper by heart, whereas Sheikh Al-Ghamary said: He is the one who overwhelms all the conditions of the speaker and is qualified to benefit the students. Despite all this, there are many who can be called the beneficial and are not trusted. Is the description special to the one who benefits the students by making them listen to what they have never listened to regardless his rank or degree in keeping by heart or mastering or it is a general title given to those who got it. What is meant by the beneficial, when did the term appear, who used it first and who was the first to be given that title? This what the research tackles.
